Change a PDX ride reservation, or cancel a ride you reserved through the Hillsboro desk
These rules cover rides the desk in Hillsboro, Oregon, reserves to and from Portland International Airport (PDX). To change a PDX ride reservation, reply to the written confirmation or call the desk; the change is quoted again in writing before it applies. This page explains how changes and cancellations are handled for rides reserved through Lester Limo Van Service. The terms in your written quote decide your own ride.
Updated October 25, 2026.
1. Before you accept
A request or a quote you have not accepted commits you to nothing. Ignore it, or tell the desk you have changed your mind.
2. Changing an accepted ride
Write or call with the new date, time, address, number of riders or bags. The company answers with a new written quote. Until you accept it, the original booking stands.
3. Canceling
The desk asks the company to put its cancellation terms in every quote: from what point a charge applies, how much it is, and what is charged once the vehicle has left for the pickup. You see those terms before you accept, and they are the terms of your ride.
4. When the company cancels
If the company cannot run the ride as confirmed, it tells you as soon as it knows, and the desk works with it on another time or vehicle that suits you. The quote states what happens to any payment for a ride the company does not run.
5. Refunds
Money is paid to and refunded by the company, by the method used to pay. Payments and refunds stay between you and the company; the desk helps you reach it if a refund is late.
6. Weather and road closures
Ice, snow on the West Hills, or a closed highway can delay or stop a ride. The company says in writing what it can do and how the quote treats a ride that cannot run.
7. Weekday calls and weekend email about a change
